Fast Diets That Work For You

When it comes to dieting and quick weight loss, you need to be able to find the right fast diets for you to lose weight quickly but safely. There are many different diets that work fast and that are not dangerous to use to lose pounds that you need to lose.

So what are some of these diets and how do they work for you? One thing to remember is safety first here. A consultation with a doctor before going on a weight loss plan is imperative. You may have underlying issues that may have caused you to gain the weight in the first place and may also cause you to gain the weight back. They are the experts when it comes to your health and weight loss.

Going Organic

An organic diet is the first diet we will look at to lose the pounds that you may be putting on. This deals with using organic fruits and vegetables. No meat is involved in this particular diet. Combining whole grains, fresh organic fruits and vegetables as well as fat free yogurt is a diet that is safe and healthy to follow. You will also get more of your minerals and vitamins than with other diets. You will have to eat enough of a balance in order to keep yourself healthy. Make sure that your diet is balanced with protein.

Even Faster

Now if that isn’t fast enough for you, the Scarsdale diet is a two week plan that is very strict. Nothing except for what is on the plan. It limits you to what you can have and cannot have. This is a very restrictive diet but it works. You cannot deviate from the meal plan. This means that you have a limited supply of things that you can eat such as all vegetables and all meat must be lean meat on this diet.  You also cannot deviate from the drinks on this such as tea, water, sugar free drinks and diet sodas to name a few.

Fastest

Our third diet is called the Hollywood Diet. This is simply a matter of not eating for 48 hours at a time and drinking nutrient rich drink every four hours for two days. This is a quick diet, but care should be taken not to repeat this particular diet. 400 calories is not enough for some people and could lead to a health risk if constantly repeated. It will clean you out and get your body cleaned of toxins and other build-ups. It will also metabolize the fat in your body.  This is indeed a fast diet that works. Again, care must be taken with this and any other quick diet to be sure that it is safe for you to use.

Safety First

All three of these diets do work. However, none of them are good long term solutions to weight loss. If you are in a pinch, consult your doctor, and see if giving ones of these a try is right for you. These are just three of the most popular fast diets for various reasons. There are many different ways to go on a diet that works quickly, but you should also think a little further down the road.

When you are done with these diets, you should look for healthier alternatives for long term weight loss. There are plenty of healthier long term solutions that you should try in order to reach your weight loss goals.
